save some space... unbox them... if you are real collector, then it's not about the money, for how much you can sell it in 20 years... but if you don't do that, if you keep them in blisters, in sealed boxes... than you are not collector... you are investor... an if you buyin' more pieces of the same car/color/series...than again you are not collector... this time you are an speculative investor...
I keep them in blisters because I love the artwork, series identifier and a track record of how the packaging progresses or regressed. Plus, military life moving all the time, it's easier to ship totes with the package that can get damaged before the car itself. I open everything outside of my Mustangs. But I see your view
